Shannon is our resident t crosser and i dotter. And while this may sound trivial, it is anything but.
The financial industry is heavily regulated. Having someone that minds all the details is mission critical. And Shannon is up to the task.
She probably would have made an excellent Catholic School Teacher, except she’s just too nice and too fun (nothing against Catholic School Teachers). Instead, we get to benefit from her charm and attention to detail.
If you think Shannon is a stickler, don’t worry. We have it on good authority she occasionally exceeds the speed limit and DOES NOT cruise in the left lane. She also likes sports. So she’s cool.
Specialties include: hyper-accurate bookkeeping, punctuality, risk management, and a strong sense of justice.
Kelsey runs air traffic control for the Salem branch. If you call the Salem main line, there’s a good bet you’ll be speaking to Kelsey. And as any good ATC will do, she’ll get you pointed where you need to go.
Kelsey is also our unofficial proofreader. Since she was an English major, we assume she must love reading things like contracts, agreements, and other financial tombs. It stimulates creativity… said no one, ever.
Outside of the office, Kelsey actually does enjoy reading. She is also a closet fan of Disney movies about mice.
Specialties include: smiling while talking on the phone, providing excellent customer service, understanding the Oxford comma, Southern charm (minus the accent), and cat herding.
If you call the main number, there’s a good chance Heather is the first person you’ll speak with.
Heather is the communications quarterback for Littlejohn Financial. From connecting clients with resources to managing technology and service vendors, she’s the real deal. If you need to find the stuff, Heather can get it done.
When she’s not wrangling resources, Heather likes to play with her GIANT dogs… or get outside… or get outside and play with her GIANT dogs. You get the idea.
Specialties include: Customer Service, Keeper of all things calendar, Food adventuring, and semi-politely reminding everyone again and again when they don’t get their stuff done (in a good way).
Katie serves as our Operations Manager and Admin Team Leader. She is also the eternally optimistic solution-finder for our customers. Have a weird request? It’s probably not as weird as you think. And it’s probably something Katie can help with.
Katie is also a Co-Host of the True Wealth Radio show on Tuesday afternoons at 4 pm. She gives a fresh perspective on financial topics and keeps David on his toes.
If Katie had spare time, you may catch her teaching something artsy at Create-n-Sip Studio in Downtown Roseburg. She also coordinates Financial Peace University and the many other events hosted or sponsored by LjFS.
Specialties include: Customer Relationship Manager, Manages Money Movement, Compliance Assistant, Professional Event Coordinator, Making sure all the plates keep spinning in the office.
The man. The myth. The legend.
Justin serves as an associate wealth advisor and planner for LjFS. He is also a part of our Investment Advisory Committee helping to review all the positions in our portfolios and making sure to stay up on the latest trends in the market.
In his spare time, you can find Justin either a) in the office, b) on the golf course, or c) teaching his dog new tricks. On the weekends you will find Justin hanging out with his family.
He is also responsible for lowering the overall handicap of the non-existent LjFS Golf Team.
Specialties include: Investment expertise, insurance expertise, silently disappearing in a crowd before anyone notices.
Holistic is an understatement.
Wes has the uncanny ability to help people expand horizons. He is a natural coach, encourager, and planner. You can count on a conversation going deeper than money. Wes can help you discover the ‘why’ behind what you’re doing… then help you do it even better.
Wes is on our investment committee, executive committee, and manages our Salem branch office.
Our ‘Captain,’ Wes has a passion for sailing, and enjoys weekend getaways on his sailboat (although when the weather warms up you can catch him behind the boat wakeboarding too).
Wes and his wife Paula also share a passion for personal fitness and health coaching. So, did we mention holistic?
Specialties include: Investment expertise, financial planning, health and wellness, life coaching, and a fantastic belly laugh.
